Best Western West Greenwich Inn

All I can say is WOW! The room was immaculate and the bedding was so comfortable - we had such a great nights sleep. The shower pressure was perfect, the towels were plush and luxurious, and the breakfast assortment was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly too! The pool was extremely clean and inviting. This is a hidden gem hotel in southern Rhode Island!

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it's location near family and I-95 is very convenient. That being said, when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a completely trashed lobby which was undergoing a remodel. The floor was wet from the water they were using to remove the tile cement, and everything was covered in plastic, including the check in desk. It was cold outside, and I'm guessing that as part of the remodel they couldn't heat the lobby. We found our way to the room, and it too was very cold. We cranked the heat up as high as it would go, and hoped for the best. By the next morning the room was livable, and at that point I opted to take a shower. The best I could get was lukewarm water, and on the second day of our stay I called the front desk to let them know there was no hot water and I then let it run for 15 minutes before it was warm enough. When we checked out, the person at the front desk told me that they had a new 500 gallon water heater, and since our room was at the end of the line it would take longer to heat up. I had a similar issue in my house and I installed a hot water recirculation loop. They might want to consider a similar option to avoid wasting water. In summary as a Diamond member this was far from acceptable, and perhaps the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Happy 22nd anniversary honey! I'll try and do better next time.

Spacious, clean, modern room. Super comfy bed, good water pressure and temp for the shower, nice larger size mini fridge. It was very quiet, I slept well. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked really clean on check in. The front desk guy at check in was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here, and I would choose this hotel when I'm back in the area.

Really nice hotel. The room is large and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The location is very quiet and conveniently located just off the freeway. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to come back or recommend it. Very nice.

Harassed by a man because he was a regular while staff did nothing. Complaints about being loud while we were just 2 girls whispering and a smelly cloudy hot tub... wondering if they ever even clean that thing. Everything looks dirty this place was gross. I may give it a second chance and if things are different I'll update and change this but if not this will stay. Tried to come back and the stay was a little more pleasant but I still feel like it could be better. We had no comforter on our bed. The room was dirty, smelled and things were chipped or damaged in the room. Further more the hot tub was cold and not completely filled. Experience was not as bad as last time and this time was based on how old and undermaintained and outdated everything is. It felt more like a hospital stay at an old nursing home that just happens to have a warm bath that they're trying to say is a hot tub lol Id also like to note that some of the 5 star reviews are family members of the people that work there and I know this because the staff literally pointed one of them out to me.
