Customer Reviews
One of the best RV Resorts we have visited. We had a lake front site which was well worth the extra cost. Park extremely clean and well maintained. Allie and the staff are 5 star! Also, very close to town for shopping or dinning. Labor Day Drone show was amazing.
This is a gated luxury RV resort where each lot is privately owned. Surrounded by the national Forest on 3 sides, and located on the shore of Big Bear Lake. Two docks with slips for 20+ boats are available for residents, a swimming pool, two Jacuzzi pools, tennis and pickleball courts and a 4 story clubhouse are all located on-site. Individual cable connections including WIFI are available to each owner at no cost, except for electrical, trash collection and all utilities are provided. Laundry room and shower rooms are provided. Since this is a private facility, everything is maintained in perfect condition. Many owners make their spaces available for qualified campers during times they are away. Space reservations and billing are provided by the office located next to the front gate. Prices vary, but would be considered high in comparison to local campgrounds. But for many, direct access to the lake, the condition of the park itself - with safe, inviting paved streets for kids on bikes, dogs on their leased, and parents on foot - and the peaceful environment are more than worth the extra cost.
Very Nice campspot. Spent here 3 nights ( Kodiak ultrarun). With 180 $/ night is totally overpriced. But we we're very happy with the help of friendly Ally ( reception) , she did everything to help us. Especially with the help of the mobile RV repair Craig.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to staying here. Do NOT reserve a space here if you have children. It is not kid friendly unless you are a permanent resident. If you are a permanent resident with kids, it’s ok for those kids to enjoy the outdoors. Our children were jumped at by permanent residents any chance they got. Rules rules rules. I get it, but why not close the park to outside renters? It ruined most of our trip and it was a complete waste of money.
What a Great weekend spent at Big Bear Shores . From the reservation process to check in ,the experience was seem less and stress free . The friendless staff , Mark property management was extremely friendly and welcoming , answered all my questions about resort . We have rented a few different spots over the years and by far space 77 has been our favorite. Can’t wait to come back towards end of summer . Thank you Big Bear shores for the hospitality keep up the amazing work .
