We came back after 5 years to see the east side of the park. Spent 2 days at the park and the rest visiting smaller towns around. The park is great for all ages with small hikes to full on extended hikes. Would highly recommend this for anybody who likes national or state parks.
Big Bend National Park is truly one of the best national parks in the country. I'm six hours away, and I would come more if they had more camping spots available that get snatched up fast. The park is beautiful and huge. It will take several visits to experience the true beauty and vastness of this park.
