A pretty nice spot out in the middle of the coast range. Nice to have in the sea of logging land. I really like Rollin through Harlan, and this spot does the trick. Pay for a night its gotta cost something to clean out the bath room and have fresh water.
Very much a campground of last resort. Quiet and calm, but that's completely neighbor dependent as the entire campground is pretty small. Outhouses serve the purpose, though only just. There's a river right below the campsite, but that's the extent of location boons.
Last ditch campground right off the shoulder of the road. Not much of a site with not much to see. Probably an okay place to stay when fishing Big Elk Creek.
Cute campground, but unfortunately they allow generators at all hours and it's frequented by the type of camper who likes to drink a lot and stay up late talking loudly by the fire. Have stayed there twice, and both times got little sleep due to the noise. The outhouses also need some updating or repair so that the door closes easily and it's not so fly infested.
Awesome QUIET simple lovely little campground! If you need a quiet place to "decompress & unplug" this would do you well. Would not suggest trailers over 30' due to driveway. They have many regulars during hunting season & this will become an annual for us as well! As of post date rates is $10 a night firewood is $10 a WHEELBARROW delivered to your site! Awesome camp host who takes pride in what he does there! Only 2 down points that are not a major thing.. You do have to pack out your own garbage just as if you where dispersed camping! but what ever!! An unfortunately yeah.. the vault toilets are odorous inside 10' away not noticeable (end of season full)
