55 sites, $10/single $20 double site/per night. As of 8/2023, it's first come first serve. I was there on a weekend in the summer and it was maybe 20% full. There's a limited number of sites with views of the meadow. It's ok bc the Mosquito fire killed all the trees. ☹️ They saved the campground and the are lots of mature pines and firs to provide shade and green. Typical Sierra bird activity, reports of an active bear so watch your food and keep anything that goes in or on your body in the bear locker unless you're using it. Plenty of restrooms, they were clean. (pro tip, bring your own toilet paper) limited trash service, pack out what you pack in. Help keep your pubic lands cared for and accessible.

Great spot. Close to Hell Hole Reservoir. Campsites are nice and not too close together. French Meadows Reservoir is also not too far away. There's lots to do around there

Lots of walk-in campsites. Wasn’t very full. Campsite had a fire pit and picnic table. Flush bathrooms and spigots available. Had to go up a rocky road for 3 miles off of French Meadows Reservoir to get there.

Completely off of the grid and off of the online rat race for camping sites. A gem of a location away from everyone and everything. Very affordable as well.
