Very friendly, excellent family atomosphere
My husband David and I have lived at Big Pines RV Park for nearly 3 years. Mike and his crew have always been helpful, courteous and respectful. And we are respectful and appreciative in return. We pay our rent each month and we love our lot location. Our view of Pike's Peak (and fireworks off the top of the Peak on New Year's Eve!) is breathtaking. I doubt that there's a better RV park property owner out there than Mike. We are blessed.
Great place, I have lived here about 3 years now. If I need something or even have a plumbing issue the owner is quick to help you out. Very friendly community, the owner and maintenance people are great guys. They will even go so far as to give me rides into Colorado springs when I am in a pinch. I can't say enough good things about Big Pines.
Great prices and anytime access. I keep weird hours so it's a huge deal to be able to come anytime. Mike is a wonderful guy! Been a customer for years now and still as sweet as ever!
This gentleman is a class act! He allowed me to store my rv there and was understanding when I discovered Hope Patterson(suppose to be my friend) ripped me off and wasn't paying him for my storage. I immediately paid up all of the fees and he was awesome! I highly recommend using his facilities!!! Also you can't beat the view around there!
