Bigfoot Ocoee Outfitters

The Yeti cabin was very clean and had everything that me and my teenage daughter needed for our stay. The fridge was a perfect size for our drinks and fit any leftovers from our unfinished dinners. There is a coffee pot with coffee and filters for you to use. Coffee mugs were provided along with plenty of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. The grounds were well maintained and had a "clubhouse" that hosted a ping pong table, basketball goal and cornhole. We enjoyed a game of ping pong and a fun round of basketball. We even took an hour walk around the property enjoying the atmosphere. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Trevor over the phone. He was very nice and informed us of a few amenities that we were not aware of. We will be back to go white water rafting and stay in the same cabin or maybe try another one of the cute cabins we saw on our walk. You will not regret your stay here! I promise!

My boyfriend and I went to Bigfoot Outfitters for my birthday in August and we stayed in the primitive campground. It was mowed so we didn't have to worry about overgrown grass and potential critters hiding in it and the campground had enough trees to provide shade and spots to set up a hammock. At the shop where we checked in at, the bathrooms were well kept and the decor was nice and they had an area to play darts and corn hole, so that was fun. The white water rafting was an absolute blast and all of the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and humorous- they were all great. 10/10 would recommend Bigfoot Outfitters to friends and those interested. :)

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the Ocoee River. We stayed in Lodge Room #1, which was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered all the comforts of home with a touch of rustic charm. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the whitewater rafting adventure. Warner, our guide and professional river captain, was top-notch. His expertise and enthusiasm made the trip both thrilling and safe. Warner’s knowledge of the river and his ability to navigate the rapids with precision ensured that we had the best rafting experience possible. His professionalism and friendly demeanor added so much to our adventure. The rafting itself was bar none the best I’ve ever experienced. The rapids were exhilarating, and the scenery was breathtaking. The entire crew at Bigfoot Ocoee Outfitters went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the safety briefings were thorough and reassuring. In addition to the rafting, the facilities at Bigfoot Ocoee Outfitters were top-notch. The lodge was cozy and well-maintained, and the surrounding area offered plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Whether you’re looking for an adrenaline-pumping adventure or a relaxing getaway, Bigfoot Ocoee Outfitters has it all. I highly recommend Bigfoot Ocoee Outfitters for anyone looking to experience the best of what the Ocoee River has to offer. We can’t wait to come back for another adventure!

Good honest people are a treasure. Loved this outfitter!! We had an absolute blast with our River guide. It was the end of the season and he was still so enthusiastic and fun. My husband and I took our 12 and 13 year old daughter and son. They can’t wait to go back. If you get a chance request Darby as your river guide and you will never feel more confident rafting again. My party of 5 had an excellent time on the river with Bigfoot Outfitters. We got paired with Warner as our guide and he was fantastic. He and the other crew at Bigfoot were personable, flexible with scheduling, and very skilled on the water. We only did a quick 1.5 hour jaunt down the middle fork but it was a perfect experience. We will absolutely go with them next time we visit the Ocoee.
