Solid experience; I'm exploring the northern US and parts of Canada in a semi converted SUV and only had a few requirements: Minimal cost, hot shower, heated bathrooms, and electric. This place provided ALL of those and even had the option for laundry. Overcast morning means I didn't catch a river sunrise, but a fantastic and seamless experience. My slot wasn't clear of snow, but that didn't affect my ability to get settled at all. I'm sure if I had booked late the same day of arrival it could have been. Even being close to the road, I heard minimal traffic all night; granted I have a small fan/heater, but still. I'll absolutely be back!

We arrived here from Manitoba in October. Despite being right on Highway 93 and listening to the traffic all day, this is a cute little Hideaway. We stayed in the full service site closer to the highway, but there were some basic sites tucked away between the trees. The laundry facilities were clean and bright, there were 3 washers and 3 dryers that worked well. Each load was $4. Bathroom and showers were also very clean and had cute swinging doors to the shower enclosure. There were no issues with hot water, plenty of it. If I had to say something negative, I could not reach anyone by phone, email, or text prior to arriving. But a definite great stop to stop for a few days and relax, rejuvenate, and do laundry lol.

I really enjoyed the space. My site was level, long and was able to accommodate a slide out on each side of my trailer. The bathrooms were awesome. Clean and tidy. And I loved the rustic design. The camp ground was right next to the river, which was awesome. This is great place to stop for a night or make it your home base while you explore activities around the area.

We needed to get away from the super cold Alberta weather and this place for the bill! Wonderful campground with lots to do near by. We will be making a summer trip there for sure!

Pulled up and saw the office was closed. However there was a paper that said book online or call the number. We booked online and came back to our spot. While the price I would say is kinda high for what it was. We stayed one night. Yes as other reviewers mention. Clean and new bathroom and washroom area and free shower. If you need laundry is available too. Walking around the campsite is very big. The 🛖 type structures look new and clean. You can also walk down to the Kootenay River. However there was one downside. Lots of hiway noise and the neighbor work site runs a generator. Overall would come back if in the area. We stopped here to go to the hot springs ♨️ that was an amazing experience! And if your in town. Family pantry wacky Wednesday!
