I bought a 2022 HQ21 in June. I've only been able to use it for two 5-day trips; the rest of the time it's been at the dealership. The dealership blames Black Series, and Black Series blames the dealership. I'm looking into lemon laws. Black Series gets an F in production, support, service, and dealership support. This has been a nightmare.
