Do not stay at this hotel. The people who left good reviews must live like garbage at home because there is NOTHING good about this hotel. For starters we made a reservation. When we got there, we were told they couldn’t find our reservation for a king room and we were put in a cockroach infested queen room because “there were no more king rooms.” When asked to switch rooms we were put in a king room. The pictures posted look absolutely nothing like the actual rooms. Our sheets had holes and huge stains, the towels and rags were all stained, and the AC hardly works. We paid $256 for a total of 2 nights with pet fees. When we checked out, later that evening, we were charged an additional $111 and when I called to ask about it, the staff was adamant they didn’t charge us and would not let me speak. We’re having to dispute the additional charge through our bank. They will take your money and don’t provide good service at all. Please save yourself the trouble and just go across the street to the best western or get an air BnB.
Perhaps new ownership or management recently? Either way, this was a great place for me to stay as I was evacuating for Hurricane Milton. Very clean, comfortable linens, great service from the owner/manager. I was very nervous to book given the reviews, but it was pretty much the only option as most other local hotels were sold out. I would absolutely stay here again if I am in the area!
Late night, driving for 17 hours. Just needed a quick cheap place to catch some z's. Saw this place as we were headed into navarre, saw the vacancy sign. Tried calling 3 times, no answer. Figured maybe there was a problem with the phone or something, so drove back here. Spent a few minutes waiting patiently inside after hitting the buzzer before I started knocking on the walls, calling out if anyone was there. Finally after about 10 minutes, dude comes stumbling out. I thought hey, no biggie, people fall asleep sometimes. Not the case. This dude was absolutely sloshed. Stumbling, slurring, scribbling, vacant stare. Asked me what room key he gave me. Hadn't given me anything. Finally gave me the key then just stood there staring at me like we weren't done. I asked. We were. I mean, it's a room, got walls, roof, toilet. Suited my needs. Bit too expensive in my opinion though, at $111 for 6 hours.
DO NOT GO HERE THE OWNER IS A HUMAN TRAFFICKER after being uncomfortable not even 30 mins after arriving we left and went somewhere else and suspicions were correct an unknown tracking device was located on my car! Be very careful and do not go here! The employees are involved as well!
Expensive DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! they are involved in human trafficking! I wasn’t even there 30 minutes with my kids and only thing we did was sit on the bed and would not give refund! Drive 12 more minutes to red roof inn for cheaper. Do not risk your safety here!
