Peace on the River surrounded with Oak, Pine, Persimmon, and blueberry trees! Beautiful River, beach, Pavillion, and bathrooms. This is an upgraded Camp, Rv site. The owner is meticulous on the cleanliness and layout of the two open spacious acres, you can see his love for the property in every bird house, wood work, stone layer and walking path designed. Our family reunion at Blackwater Ranch was a blast! We camped out with tents under the pavilion, which was perfect for shelter and keeping us all together. The ranch was beautiful—peaceful and spacious, with plenty of room for games and hanging out. We spent our time grilling, chatting, and enjoying the outdoors. The location was great for everyone to get to, right on the FL/GA line. We had an unforgettable weekend and can’t wait to do it again! Alex

We had our baby shower party here last weekend, we enjoyed the place so much. The pavilion gave us a lot of space to set up, and the kids enjoyed a lot of space to play on the surrounding yard. This place is great for outdoor activities such as camping and fishing as it is surrounded by a river. It is also fully equipped with a working toilet and washroom. So all in all it's a great place for a retreat and just enjoy nature.

What an amazing place! It's got a nice black water river, a picturesque swamp, white powdery sugar sand, dancing pines when the wind blows, some hiking and more. I've been there a couple times and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a great place to escape from our busy lives and connect with nature. Located right on the border of GA/FL. I want to try to kayak and get in the water next. Can't wait!!

A HIDDEN GEM! It’s an annual tradition for us to go camping every Memorial Day for our anniversary but had no luck finding a campsite. The place we originally planned on doesn’t do tent camping anymore, which we sadly found out after we already packed up the whole car. A quick google search showed us this place and on a whim we headed over. We spoke to the owner who is incredibly awesome, and he let us book a stay for the night. He answered all our questions, and gave us the history of the land. We’ve been camping for 4 years and this was hands down the best experience yet. We camped right by the water, the site had electricity, running water, picnic tables, and a campfire. This is such an amazing property, we walked around and found wild blueberries, and seen a baby deer too. This easily just became our new tradition spot. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Had a great time at Blackwater Ranch! Super clean campsite with excellent amenities. There were tons of activities to enjoy with both family and friends—hiking, swimming, and even picking wild blueberries. The whole place is really well looked after, and it made for a fun and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Blackwater Ranch is a hidden gem! Tucked away along the beautiful St. Mary’s River, it’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The campsites are peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful woods. You can hear the river flowing and birds singing — it’s incredibly relaxing. The open fields and long riverfront make it great for families, couples, or solo adventurers. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway near Jacksonville, I highly recommend!
