Booked early to have a nice spot on the water where we could swim. Online it says everywhere you can swim but you can’t bc of gators & leeches. So that makes sitting outside in 90degree weather pretty miserable. Also, didn’t realize you could have a camper, a tent, 3 cars(2 blocking the rd) at one site, which was right next to us after we set up. Whether we were inside or out we could hear them. Which isn’t the campers fault, they were there to have a good time & they were. But our hang out faces theirs. So we left early & they won’t refund🤦🏻‍♀️

The man ( Mr. Keith) was super nice and helpful, even when you have to leave late to go to the ER due to cutting your finger with a knife and have to get stitches. Thank you Mr. Keith for everything and being so niceto us. You are the best!

This is a really great place to go camping. The sites are really well maintained and the bathrooms are kept meticulously clean. The showers truly are some of the hottest showers I've ever used, even in my personal life. They even offer free laundry machine use which is a great plus for extended stays!! The location is beautiful, being able to camp all the way up to the lake. They offer tent camping (my favorite) and plenty of rv spots! They have two day use areas, some playgrounds, and one or two trails you can hike.
