Blue Fin Rock Harbor RV Park & Marina

We made reservations in the newly created sites. While not full hookup yet, they do have water electric and an access to dump station(all other sites are full hookup). The week stay was delightful. The views, other campers, and easy access to restaurants were definitely enjoyed. The owner is personable and continuously making improvements to the campground. We would definitely come back! It's difficult to find an available camping spot in the Keys this time of year, but the folks at Blue Fin Rock Harbor were so accommodating and kind. We spent 10 beautiful days here with full hookup. The park is quiet even though the owners are continuously making improvements, and pet friendly. Their campground is also conveniently located to a lot of great places nearby, including restaurants, parks, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if in the area.

We stayed in the RV park. Sam was extremely nice to get us in at such short notice. As it's hard to find RV spots in the Keys in Feburary. So we felt lucky to get a space. And we have a big rig, there is plenty of space to turn your rig around here. Great RV park.

A nice location doesn't make up for the horrible owners. They are two faced. It's like walking on eggshells with them. If you so much as look at one of them the wrong way they might try to burn your RV down. Or at the absolutely least kick you out without giving you a proper chance to gather your belongings. I stayed there for 5 years and saw numerous people get kicked out for little or no reason. One of my neighbors lived there for 22 years and got kicked out because he couldn't do work on their house because he had prior commitments. Another got into a conflict with his neighbor, subsequently got arrested, and while the guy was in jail, they sold his RV and all of his belongings without his knowledge. Myself, well, I offered to help do a few hours of work but made it clear I had to leave at a certain time because I had something to do. 3 days later I'm told I have 3 months to get out. Less than a month in, my electric meter caught fire and almost burned my RV down too. It's quite suspicious considering there are multiple meters connected down a concrete wall, yet we're the only one who had a problem. So at that point having to scramble to find a place to live, they continuously harassed me for the next three weeks to pay them rent for a place that's unlivable and tried to make it so I couldn't gather my belongings. They even showed up at my job. As soon as I found a place to go, which was rather quickly luckily, everything we owned was out of there in 36 hours and I had to get a restraining order for them to stop bothering me. Just know that you're risking a lot by even speaking with these people.

We stayed on site 1 for our 10 year anniversary and it definitely didn't disappoint! We were out on a peninsula site with water on 3 sides! The views were amazing! Looking forward to our next stay!
