Was excited to see the bathhouse was clean but no hot water. Plus the water shoots out of the stalls and runs all over the bathroom. They also have two laundry locations but only half of the washers worked. Sad that they don't fix these complaints because it could be a nice park.

My parents were snowbirds. They traveled here every winter for 25+ years. They loved it. There was line dancing, golf, swimming, entertainment in the rec hall (season tickets too), table pool,(thurs evening tournaments),dog walks,Mom taught a painting class, two laundrymats, public restrooms, and more. I drove down and paid a small fee as a long term guest.LP gas available at the ft. The villages and all its stores were just across the way. The monthly car show on the square was my thing.

Terrible place! Run down, ghetto looking park. Management is rude/horrible. No respect for vets also. Should be shut down.

We just stayed here for the month of March. Overall good stay. One note for perspective guests is there is NO high speed Internet available. T-Mobile works good for browsing and streaming but I had issues using my hotspot to work over my VPN despite good speed tests. Verizon service is terrible and the local phone company offered us 5Mb Internet service via phone lines. There is NO cable access to this park. So if you need high speed Internet this is not your place. They have wifi at the office but that was useless to me because I couldn't work at their office. Other than that very clean facilities from what I could see. Towards the end of our stay the water had a rotten egg smell which when using hot water was a little unpleasant when washing dishes and taking showers. I suspect maybe it has a high sulfur content.

This was our first snowbird trip. We cant say enough about Blue Parrot. Impeccably clean bathrooms and laundry mats. Grounds are well maintained with pickleball and many other activities, The pool is heated. It is only 1.5 miles from Spanish springs square in the villages Where there is music and dancing every night. Tons of stores and places to eat. We got a rent a car from Hertz for only $25 a day in the square (less than uber per day) but what makes this place the best is the people. Everyone so welcoming and at night the park is very quiet. There are activities like breakfast on Saturdays, Trivia the list goes on and on. We have already picked our site out for next year!!
