Customer Reviews
Nice place to stay overall. The room was clean and large, and in walking distance to the pools and convenience store at the resort. I highly recommend if you are traveling with family.
Posted this once someplace. Thought it was here, but it won’t be wasted posting a second time. The staff was friendly, but definitely company people. I requested two rooms next to each other and was told the rooms alternate between standard and deluxe so there would be one room between us. No problem. One room was ready when we arrived and had to wait on second room next to first room. When I checked back later and the second room was ready, it was down the way from the first room, not next to it. Desk clerk couldn’t do anything and the “supervisor” seemed like she couldn’t care less. The bedroom was all white: white walls, white furniture, white linens. Only thing of color was one picture on the wall. Felt like my granddaughter’s bedroom. Living room was just the opposite. I felt like I was at Grandma’s. The furniture was dated and mismatched. The curtains didn’t even have shears, so when you opened the patio curtains, there was nothing between me and the beautiful view of all the air condition units below. I’ve spent considerable money over the last several years with BlueGreen and I really expected more. Have voiced these concerns to the management and have received no response. Imagine that! I don’t mind paying for what I get, but I feel I have grossly overpaid for this trip. For what BlueGreen charges, why do I have to strip my linens and take out my own garbage to trash containers “conveniently located around the property” that I couldn’t even find? Even Motel 6 seems like a better deal.
We had a great 3-night stay here! Did the conjoined two-bedroom layout for our party of 4 adults. Lots of room and all the amenities you need. Clean rooms, all towels (bath and pool) provided, laundry in room, small terrace with outdoor table - it was like our own apartment! Location is on the outskirts of the main drag, so a car is necessary to go out and about. There is a gas station/convenience store/pizza shop within walking distance (down the long driveway, at the main road) if you don’t have a car and need some stuff. We loved the location being away from the noise and traffic though. Still easy to get where we needed and come back to a quiet stay for the night.
Hard drive to get into and parking is not as plentiful as it should be. Room/unit was ok but smaller than others we've been in and the unit does not have a washer and dryer in it. Employees were friendly but almost fake friendly if they could speak English well.
Rooms are spacious, and the layout is convenient. Guest services go above and beyond. Pools are crystal clear . Location is easy to find, away from the busy main strip. They hid the city from view with the landscaping. Laid back atmosphere. 9/10 would highly recommend
