Such an adorable studio, overlooking the street, but I lovely view of Ormond. A nice little kitchenette with a toaster, full-size coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge plus a small dishwasher. Bathroom is quite small, but works. The decor is nice and it smells fresh, plenty of storage as well for a dresser, and two closets. The staff is quite helpful and friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Upon check-in, we were invited to attend a meeting the next day to hear about updates for VIP members. I informed the receptionist that we would need to bring our two young children, ages 4 and 2, along with us. The receptionist reassured us that children were welcome at any meeting at Bluegreen Resorts, so we accepted the invitation. The following day, after spending some time at the pool, we went to the meeting with our children. They were quietly playing and coloring during the session. However, midway through, Sales Supervisor Carlos Jimenez asked us to step outside to continue the meeting. I explained that our children would want to return to the pool, which was nearby, and we preferred to remain in the room to complete the meeting. Despite this, Mr. Jimenez came to the table where we were sitting and told the presenter to hurry up because we did not want to leave the room. At this point, I stood up and informed Mr. Jimenez that it wasn’t necessary to rush, and if my children weren’t welcome, we would leave without finishing the meeting. My husband and I left the room, feeling very upset by the situation. It was the first time in my life that my children were made to feel unwelcome. It is also important to mention that my eldest child has autism, making this experience even more distressing. This was a disappointing experience, especially after being reassured by your staff that our children were welcome at the meeting. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it left a negative impression on what was otherwise a pleasant stay. I hope future guests with children do not have to experience this type of discomfort. Thank you for your time and understanding.

We never stayed here since we were walking on the beach. From what I could see this place is amazing. Outside was clean people genuinely were having a good time. If we ever get a chance to come back down we would love to stay here.

The rooms are spacious, very nice and clean... no bugs🤗TVs in all the rooms. The pool area was quiet with a great view. There are plenty of areas to lay out on comfy loungers, easy access to the beach ⛱️ 😎 only reason there isn't a 5 star is due to the 3 hour delay on getting checked in, everything else was great!

Loved it here! Rooms were nice, plenty of space. Kitchen furnished with most of what you'd need. Gas grills were a big plus down on the patio. Parking was plentiful. Ocean facing rooms and beach access from the patio. Will definitely go back. They also had "Bubbles" the turtle. The staff would hide him, when the kiddos would find him, the would get a prize. Just an extra for the kiddos.
