This is an outstanding park. So clean All campsites are full serviced Cement pads on each site Very quiet Locked at 6pm Lots of trails to walk or bike These people know how to keep a wonderful campground Thank you
I'm a local resident who moved here in April, 2023, 9 years after my wife died. I enjoy catching crabs from the pier. I'm there at high tide 2 to 4 times a week. It's clean, safe, and quiet.
Stayed for 2 nights. Booking was easy. Paid when we checked in. Staff was super friendly. Bought firewood and they delivered to our site. We did primitive camping. Our site had fire pit and picnic table. Has a playground and volleyball nets that the kids enjoyed. The swimming area needs to be cleaned up. Bathrooms were clean and everything worked. My husband enjoyed the fishing pier. The sunset was beautiful from this spot as well. We spent most of the second day at Jekyll Island which is only 25 mins away. My daughter loved seeing the bunnies 💙 Very peaceful and felt safe while here. I would recommend to a friend.
My husband and I love this place!! It is so nice. We stayed in a primitive camping site. We have stayed here multiple times because we like it so much and it is a great price! They have late check in so you can arrive when you like. They have bathrooms with showers, a playground, a marina, an area to swim and more. Only 30 minutes from Jekyll Island which is where we went. We will definitely visit again if we are ever in the area.
Beautiful place to be in nature & on the water. Take some Off with you because the gnats are bad like everywhere else down here.
