Large RV sites, well kept grounds, sites spaced nicely for big rigs, staff very helpful. Walking path maintained. Will stay any time in the area. Easy to get to off I40.
We were traveling through on I-40 and needed an overnight stay. Picked this park because of the location before crossing the Texas border. We were very impressed by how friendly and accommodating ( I asked if we could have shade trees) the couple was that checked us in at the cute convenience store by the park. They even gave the pups cookies and told us about the area. The park is very well kept, and there is a wonderful walking trail for an evening stroll. Bonus: they cook chicken dinners at night and you can have one delivered to your space! We are definitely marking this RV park on our map!
This is a nice little park where the staff is most helpful and friendly. Spaces were generous and easily entered. The convenience store with gas station was a plus. The best park of the entire stay was the boasted chicken with delicious sides. I would go out of my way just for the food. It was delivered to our site to top it off. A must stop.
What a great find. Great location and the owners are very friendly and helpful. When we checked in we were taken to our site. There is a playground, dog park and laundry available. They also have a well maintained trail that our dog loved. It was nice that they had bags throughout the RV park to clean up after your pet. Convenience Store is well stocked. You can't go wrong with their boasted chicken or breakfast sandwiches. Both are delicious. You can order chicken and they will even deliver to your site. You can fuel your vehicle there, plus you can have propane tanks filled. Also like that they have a storm shelter on site! Wifi service was good. This place will be one we will go to again when in the area.
