Crazy road to the campground. It's usually empty. Bonney lake home is nice and there are a number of other hikes nearby. Overall a good place, except for the long sometimes sketchy road.

Nice campground with 6 or 8 sites and an outhouse. The road getting there is pretty rough so you'll need an suv or truck. Take the trail down to Boulder Lake for a nice walk by meadows, through woods, and rock fields. Warning, you'll get a good cardio workout as the hike is approx. 800ft elevation drop down to the lake.
