We had a wonderful stay! Very clean and peaceful campground. If your in the back half it is a little ways from the bathrooms but you trade that for more quiet which is what we love. Although we did not partake seems like they have family activities. Was attentive to concerns. All around a great place to camp!
I’m definitely not a fan of camping but KOA has changed my mind. The grounds are well kept, loads of stuff for the kids to do, not one boring day was had. The staff are extremely attentive and super friendly!! Trick or treating was a hit, piles of candy and tons of smiles. The haunted trail was just that, haunted and frightful. Looking forward to many more adventures!
Deluxe Cabin 2 has fleas. General Manager has not returned call to discuss. Workers in front told me right off the bat that the general manager told them they aren't doing anything for us. Worker told me fleas are "probably from grass?" AC is full of mold and bathroom has mold on ceiling. we have stayed in a cabin for the last 3 years, and we have never had such conditions. our family rents 7 cabins and at least 5 camping spots every weekend after memorial day. We spend thousands of dollars as a family, for 6 years now, with around 40 people. I thought they could at least give me a curiosity call to apologize. I have spent the last 6 hours sanitizing our belongings to avoid bringing fleas into our home
Pool- there is zero shade. Not a single umbrella. People leave their kids unattended, which is complete chaos. Staff- no one is pleasant. They drive extremely fast on their golf carts, cutting through people’s sites. If we are required to drive 7mph, staff should too! Activities- it’s a family campground and yet there is not enough activities for the kids. Playground has rough rusty patches not great for little kids. only two swings (one standard and one baby swing- not ideal for a family with multiple littles) *they are not keeping up with maintenance. Not cutting the grass at sites, bathrooms are not kept up. I could go on but I’ll spare you, if you have the option to stay somewhere else..I would!
Extremely convenient location for visiting Plymouth (short easy drive) and Boston (by way of commuter train park and ride). Very nice staff, clean, well kept facilities. Great jumping pillows for kids, mostly shaded sites. We will be back!
