Park manager is not friendly. I saw her get into an argument with a guy over his dog that was behaving, but had no leash on for like 1 second as its owner was getting one out of his motorhome. It rubbed me the wrong way. She obviously thinks highly of herself as she drives around in her little car with personalized plates that say “park manager” it must make her feel important. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.
well managed ,clean , and pet friendly with dog parks and bag stations everywhere.
This is a beautiful place to stay but if you have dogs you need to really pay attention to the pet policy that you electronically sign when you check in on line. I was rudely accosted by the manager our first night there for our dog running around in a grassy area that had a poop bag station and fined 20 dollars, she told me every time she caught my dog off leash it would be another 20 dollar fine, beware
Went for vacation with the family, the yurt was completely overrun by ants. The office is closed after 5pm. If you are hot and think you can use the on-site facilities that were bragged about online, the camp "manager" will walk I'm and tell you it's closing in 3 minutes and proceed to stare you and your family down until you leave. Mind you there is no sign saying it closes at 830pm. Regardless of the fact that it's 95 outside and you paid well over $100 per night. So if you would like to be treated with respect and like your business means something to them I would suggest going to a different place :)
Nice place but life is too short to deal with lousy service. Other nice parks in the area. To get a discount you have to call. OK, but they don’t answer the phone. They used to honor military, senior discounts when you arrived. Not anymore. We emailed regarding a discount after no phone response. They did call back. Needed to make a new reservation over the phone, and, oh yes, there is a $20 cancelation fee for the reservation we made. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!
