The last 1/2 mile from the three way to campground entrance is rutted and rocky. Our 2011 Subaru Outback made it no problem if we took it slow. Water is not turned on as of 7/8/2024 and the outhouses have not been pumped out so they are still full with snow melt water. No eta in water being turned on or outhouses being pumped. Same holds true for the reservable group site.

Lots of noise from motorcycles, people’s music, etc. It is nice up there though.

$22 a night for one vehicle. About 40 minute up Farmington Canyon Very rough terrain. Checked out the sites. Bring a shovel or a machete. Better off in a hammock or small 4 man tent. Even a 2 man tent. And yes I said man tent.

Short but scary drive up canyon to campground which is well equipped with fire pit and picnic tables and “long drop” toilets. Also fault close to FARMINGTON lakes...another short hike to mountain lake
