Bouse Community Park

Stayed for 4 months in a dry camp spot. Park was great. Very clean and quiet. Close to town and the host, Debbie, was awesome. Very kind and helpful. I didn't have a single issue the entire time, I'd definitely stay again.

Located along Highway 72 near local traffic and a handful of town stores, this small, no-frills park offers basic amenities like shaded picnic tables, BBQ grills, a playground, and clean restrooms. Historical markers nod to Bouse’s mining and WWII history. It’s a convenient stop for road-trippers to stretch their legs, let kids play, or grab a quick picnic. While traffic noise is present, the park is tidy and functional, with a laid-back community vibe. Avoid midday summer heat—mornings/evenings are better. Nothing fancy, but practical for a short break.

We have stayed here a couple times while traveling from Oregon to Phoenix and this is a no frills camp but has all that we needed, 50 Amp. power, water and sewer dump near by all for like $20.00 night The camp host was some of the nicest we have met, she was very helpful and I would/ will return....oh and VERY quiet & lots of space...you will not be crowded here...

Website says $14 a night, they charge $20 per night! Bait and switch is illegal, yet this government entity is doing it! At $14 it would be ok, but at $20 it's over priced. Sad splinttery tables, no shade, weak playground right next to the elly dump station, no hiking trails, sad old baseball field that grass is over taking, and constant wind. They do have a lending library, no showers or laundry. Water and electric at sites with gravel pads. Dump station on site that they charge to use if you aren't camped here. A little road noise but not too bad. If we visited again, I would stop here to fill up and then drive a little up the road towards Quartzite to the BLM land, where 14 days of boondocking is allowed. Then return to drop tanks. This place will work in a pinch, but don't count on the price being what they are advertising. . . Update: stayed here again. They fixed the prices online, so that's good. Still a little more expensive than it should be, but the people staying here are great. Never spoke with the camp host, but we chatted with everyone else here and they were good people.

Great facilities are available at this park for your enjoyment. The community puts on wonderful venues.
