Just left our first trip to Fish Lake and stayed at the bowery Haven Resort in our trailer and we absolutely loved it here! It was very quiet and nice. We had a great view of the lake as well! We also loved how close it was to the marina so we could walk over and fish. We will definitely be coming back next year!!
If you have $ to burn this is the place to go. Prices are expensive. Boat rentals are high as is dock rentals. The fast-food Cafe burgers are over cooked and not worth the price. The RV park prices are expensive and needs to be landscaped too many weeds and mice no wifi no laundry no amenities nothing nada this place sucks i don't recommend it 😫 the owner has no personality and can't handle people all they care abt is money.
We had a family get away and have stayed here multiple times before. We have always been please and always been treated fabulous. Every time we have stayed the cabins or rooms have been perfect. The owners do a fantastic job and the new marina is beautiful. Bowery is a perfect place to get away for a few days.. so much to do besides fishing. Definitely will be back and look forward to it.
My new favorite place to come camping. The lake was absolutely stunning. We rented a boat from Bowery and it was perfect for a full day's activity. We took it out at 1:00 and returned it at 7 :00 and it was barely over $300. What a steal and what a great way for the girls to have a great time. The campsite was nice and clean and had lots of trees to keep it cool. We took the four wheelers out on some trails nearby but that got a little hairy as trees had fallen over the path and there was a lot of evidence of bears freshly in the area. Came back after a long hot day four-wheeling to get ice cream to find out that somebody had paid it forward to us. That was a welcome surprise. We will definitely be back.
Very friendly people. The room was older, the floors weren't level, but I was impressed by how clean and cared for it was. The fish cleaning station was close and easy to use and access. Very responsive owners. The little store had the extras we needed. Highly recommend. NOTE: Cell service is extremely limited, if it has any at all.
