Breaks Interstate Park, known as the "Grand Canyon of the South," is an incredible spot on the Virginia-Kentucky border. The park is all about stunning views, with massive sandstone cliffs and a deep gorge carved by the Russell Fork River. The Break's Interstate Park is a must-visit for nature lovers in my opinion.

Such a beautiful park. Surprisingly not designated as a VA state park anymore which is disappointing bc it’s one of the larger and nicer ones we’ve ever been to. MUST VISIT!!! Any and all purchases go to supporting the park. We stayed on the camp ground for 4 nights. Would def visit again to check out more trails and make it to the elk viewing area. So much beauty here.

An awesome park with some decent hikes and views. Only 3$ for entry. There appeared to be ample lodging and facilities. Make sure to hit both sides of the park and hit the trails to get the most out of it. Overall it's a great stop if you are in the area or passing through.

We went to Breaks on my hubby's 56 birthday. We loved going to each lookout. You can see Kentucky and Virginia at the same time. It was awesome
