This is the most gorgeous property and definitely my new favorite place to visit! I stayed in the loft which was clean and cozy with an amazing view. At night hearing the river was so peaceful and relaxing. The waterfall on the property is beautiful as well! I felt so relaxed and had some of the best sleep while I was there. I’m already looking forward to going back!

We had such a lovely stay in the loft cabin. It had everything we needed and we could tell the owners put much work into making it welcoming, cozy, and well-appointed with modern touches. The grounds were lovely, as well. Such an ideal setting! We hope to return one day. Thanks again!

It's difficult to convey the feeling of this place. Nestled along a stream in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, this campground is nothing short of rejuvenating. The campground hosts are wonderful and the facilities are top notch. I look forward to returning here for years to come.

Fiona’s riverside loft--the Cozy Cabin--was just a gem…from the gorgeous, chalet-like cabin to the sounds of the Brewster River out the window. Close to the local Golden Dog Farm, horseback riding and the gondola to Mt. Mansfield. Great dining nearby in Jeffersonville. Fiona was highly proactive and responsive by message and extremely friendly, making sure we could find the property easily and settle in comfortably. The loft had so many lovely touches: thick, soft towels, a whole selection of organic skin care items, and lovely teas for a morning’s relaxation on the deck. Parking is easy to access, the kitchen was well laid out and immaculate, and the cabin was decorated beautifully. Honestly, it was just wonderful…highly recommended!!

One of the best campgrounds we've stayed at specifically for tent camping. The campground is small and a smaller section reserved just for tent camping, with much of it being along a tranquil river. Matt was very responsive. One caution is that the restaurant across the river has live music, apparently only a handful of times a year on Saturday nights, but we happened to stay for one of those and the music was piercing through the campsite for 4 hours one night. But otherwise a very peaceful experience!
