However, potential campers should be aware of a few considerations. One notable drawback is the presence of highway noise, which can be significant. Visitors have mentioned that the noise is a "fair bit" and may be louder during seasons when foliage is sparse and provides less of a sound barrier.

Additionally, the path around the lake is reportedly "super overgrown," which may limit hiking or walking activities around the lake. This should be considered for those planning to explore the area on foot.

For detailed information on campsite availability, specific amenities, and any current park regulations, it is recommended to contact the campground directly or research local park information resources. This will help ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information for planning your camping trip.

Pleasant place to camp. Table and fire pit provided. I had the spot overlooking the lake which was nice. A fair bit of highway noise unfortunately. I'm sure it's a bit louder when the leaves are off. The path around the lake is super overgrown unfortunately.
