Do not book a stay here if bad weather is anticipated. We traveled from Florida to Bristol with no problems. Once we made the turn onto the road that was 1/4 mile from the campground everything changed. The road was snow covered and straight up hill. We barely made it to the campground and had grooves in our new tires and an overworked engine with a camper that barely made it. We have a 350 dually more than capable of towing our fifth wheel. Then we slid our way into our assigned spot where the water was not working. Looked beautiful if weather was nice but left a bad taste for us. We feel they should have called to let us know we would not be able to get in.

Very nice KOA. Offers extensive food menu. Clean bathrooms/showers. Fun Halloween decorations! Little curvy and narrow drive to campground but close to 81.

We loved it! The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. They couldn't have been better. The cabin was spotless and cozy. They have a jumping pillow, pool and playground for the kids. My granddaughter wants to live there, enough said!

We showed up without a reservation, first campground was not going to work, the ladies in the office were FANTASTIC, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The gentleman that showed us to our site and delivered supplies as also FANTASTIC! The campground and facilities were very clean, had great lighting at night. Our site was perfect for us. Thank you all for a great weekend!!! XOXO

This is one one the worst KOA experience. They pretend it's Big Rig friendly but it's not. 1.) The entrance is very narrow and feels like you are driving in a ditch. 2.) We needed to use 4x4 to drive the trailer to our site as the streets are so steep. 3.) We scraped the rear of our trailer on the ground exiting our site and up the street. Based on other marks, we were not the only ones who did. 4.) Finally, we woke up with a new neighbor with their trailer facing us and sharing the same area. When you reserve a single pull through site, you can expect a minimum of privacy. Not having strangers parked with their RV door facing yours.
