Customer Reviews
I wouldn't recommend trusting this place or it's No Show for two years "new owner" who suddenly "showed" by evicting all the good people so I had no more friends to talk to, I'm isolated surrounded by potential enemies, ignored the drug dealers and let them run their own show until thankfully the guy crossed the wrong people and got murdered one morning not eight ft away from where I had to live and sleep, fired the good new manager For being too friendly and messed his life up too, and then tried to trick me to stay on living there Saying nobody was out to get me and I wouldn't be the very next victim and already had some strangers going around saying they are the new managers and are now in charge of everyone's lives. Well not mine you weren't , I sure proved That, by starting up my RV and moving far Far away and now they get No Money from me , and they've got half the park empty now and are likely taking monthly losses on it, which I find just Fabulous , that's Karma . That's For the bedridden woman they killed by evicting her from her home and she died from the stress within 3 weeks of it . That's what kind of place you're getting involved with If you dare do business with them nowadays Which I would Not Recommend . And the Lies . They'll Lie anything you want to hear If they think they'll be able to crank one last extra month worth of money out of You, then nothing they Say ever happens . Avoid if you're Smart , Use at your own Peril .
Failure to exercise due care for the property, shower and laundry are locked constantly, 1 single bathroom that is nasty, unclean, clogged constantly, and not separate from the shower. The bathroom and park in general do not comply with ADA laws or law regarding bathrooms for separate genders. The staff is ill-equipped educationally on how to perform their jobs, there are no postings of certificates for continuing education, or original education for that matter, they claim you owe more than you do, they deny you state rights, they increase rent without proper notice, a tenant killed a person in the park, etc. There's just too much to write here. If you value your peace, joy, money, property, sanity, and safety....pass Lovelock RV properties by and stay in Fernley or Winnemucca. These owners own several properties in Lovelock and in Washoe County. My gift to you. Be blessed and stay blessed.
Good people live here. You can get a one night stay for $20. Or go monthly. Slowly getting rid of the trouble here. I was coming through just to visit my friend. Who also dog sat for me.
The brookwood is a very quiet rv park..the owners and managers are very helpful and congenial and go out of their way to make your stay safe and comfortable.
