Dry camp, wide open, beautiful view of mountains around you. It's mostly RV and fishing by Owens River. The shower and restrooms are clean. Kelly at the check-in was very helpful. Expect generators in the daytime and ATVs. Reminder to outdoorsy dog owners, please pick up your dog poop and don't let them poop in vacant sites. Be a responsible pet owner. No shade and flat. There is no dump station here. Enjoy your stay.
What an escape! While we didn't fish, it looks like everyone else was having fun fishing. My only complaint is for a place with. I hookups, I thought it was a little steep on price. Still, we'd go back just for the views and remoteness. Thankfully, there weren't many people in the area.
A campground that feels like home 🏕️… always look forward to coming every year. Very family oriented, perfect for fishing 🎣 and surrounded by nature ⛰️Absolutely amazing. 🤩 🙋🏻♂️❤️
Amazing river views! Friendly campground hosts! Great atmosphere! Loved fishing on the river!
The camp ground is $40 a night, it is close to Mammoth lake area. There are some hot springs around. Also it is easy drive to Yosemite too. There is a picnic table and a fire pit at the camp site, it is a flat, you have little to no privacy, yet you have a good view of the mountains. You get something and lose something I guess. There is a general store, bathroom and shower! You heard it right shower, and it is hot! $2 per token from the general store! Well worthy it after a long day of exploring! So remember to bring a towel with you when you travel or pay another 2 dollar.
