We had a fantastic time at our campsite at Brush Creek in June! It was exactly what our family needed: a private, peaceful, and beautiful place to relax. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive, without ever being intrusive. You could even order fresh homemade bread and goodies to be delivered to your campsite! And when we were caught in a torrential thunderstorm on our last night, they graciously offered us another night's stay. They explained that they intentionally don't overbook their campsites to be able to accommodate such situations. Their thoughtfulness and flexibility were truly appreciated. Overall, Brush Creek is an excellent choice for families seeking a quiet, scenic, and welcoming camping experience. The hosts are exceptional, and the surrounding trails, bridges, and creeks make it a truly delightful place to unwind.
We went for three nights during the week with some friends. The owner (we are assuming) was super helpful and accommodating, and was quick to respond when we had some difficulty finding our spot and setting our tents up. It was quiet and peaceful during our stay, and the sites were nice and shaded. It unfortunately rained during our stay, so we didn't get to walk as many trails as we wanted, but what we saw was beautiful, and there are some wonderful views of the creek. We've even scouted out some other sites we'd like to try in the future. Showers were warm and clean. Bathroom doors are shower curtains, but do still offer privacy if positioned correctly, and the bathrooms don't seem to be too busy as a lot of people had campers with their own bathrooms. Bathrooms were stocked, and it was one of the cleaner campsites we have been to, and everything seemed well cared for. Firewood was stocked and reasonably priced. We were sad to leave, and would most certainly go back!
Very nice family campground. Plenty of room between campers. Kind of a funky restroom with shower curtains for doors but very clean. Firewood is available and very dry but the website price is wrong.
Stayed 4 nights and it was beautiful! First tent site was secluded and peaceful. Wanted to extend the stay but our site was already booked so they let us clear our own spot in the woods! Great place to get away. I do wish to see more privacy for the showers. The curtains are small but with my towel and clothes I was able to cover the cracks on both sides.
The owners were wonderful, and the land is great. So quiet even during a fully packed holiday weekend. After everyone cleared out there were probably only 4 other people there. This will definitely be a regular spot for us, it made our 1st time rv camping a blast but so relaxing. Spacious sites especially toward the back. trails and a creek to explore. Very dog friendly, even if your pups aren't social. Ppl were very respectful of space and each other. We'll be back soon!
