Convenient, clean, level, paved, inexpensive RV layover. Love that the showers and bathrooms are all individual locked door rooms. Gender controversy resolved! Also in great condition: immaculate, new tile, new fixtures and furnishings. Nearby airport stops flying at night, or I stopped noticing. Frequent train whistle, but the trains and high winds lulled me into the best sleep in weeks!
Such a lovely weekend getaway! The cabin was very clean, the bed sheets smelled nice and fresh, I was delighted that there was enough space in the master room to place our pack and play. Bonus on the amount of hangers in the closet, there was about 8 of them, I personally dislike when rentals either have none or just 2-4 hangers, so I was very happy to see 8 hangers. My family enjoyed the community, their playground was great fun for the kiddos, can’t wait to have another family weekend together again! My middle child said it was the best place ever! They got to enjoy nature, got to see many different birds, turtles, fishes, great size Texas frogs!
We were passing through town and I was able to get a last minute reservation. Lady on the phone was very pleasant and quickly got us set up. Grounds were very clean. We were in spot 204. Very convenient to the bathrooms, pool, playground and dog park. Dog park was clean and had nice grass for the dogs to run around on. Great value!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate, and parking pads were well placed. Parking pads were not level which made leveling our travel trailer awkward. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!!
Great place to stay for all things College Station. They do need some more landscaping, but I know they are a new park. Would stay again but would book a pull thru next time so we had more of a patio area.
