Stayed here in Sept. 2024. Rooms don't compare to Website. They have one small building which they use for the Website. When we were there our toilet and bathtub became clogged due to outside issues. We also lost ability to watch TV due to front desk issues. The service to correct anything was slow. It was a joke. We left a day early from our reservation dates. Encourage you to stay somewhere else.

I would have left, but had prepaid. The rooms were grungy. The first room we tried was so dirty. The bathroom had hair all around the edges, and the place looked like it hadn’t been clean. I asked for a different room, but it wasn’t much better. The whole place felt creepy grungy. If you like clean hotel rooms, don’t stay at this place! Oh, and we tried to go to breakfast, but it looked so bad, we drove to Panguitch for some good food.

I booked an paid for 3 nights stay at the Bryce Canyon Resort. Upon entering the room it was evident that cleanliness is not a priority of the management team. We stayed one night in the "fireplace" room, the photos from the website make this a very appealing room, these photos are very old and do not represent the current condition, however, I am not aware of the condition of the other rooms. Be aware of the provided breakfast, as it is nothing similar to the nearby hotels. After only one night I requested a refund for the remaining 2 nights, the gentleman behind the desk was very unconcerned of our position and would not provide us with any refund. I ended up losing my money for the 2 following nights. I was able to find a very accommodating hotel just 4 miles away. I would not waste time and money at this location in the future.

Hotel reminds me of a 70's Motel. Rooms are dark. Lighting was insufficient to make it comfortable. Artwork, and furniture also match that era. Hot water in the bath room was hit and miss. Room was clean, and service was good. Overall I would say it was OK.

My husband and I made a reservation to stay at this hotel, and once we got to the hotel, we realized we had stayed there in 2016 too. In 2016, we were extremely unhappy with our room. It was beat up, the phone didn't work to call the front desk when we needed help, the light didn't work, and it was dirty. There was also nowhere to sit except the bed and eat our take away dinner after a long day of hiking. Last weekend, I booked a room directly through their website and we hiked all day on Saturday and were out of signal. When we came to the front desk to check in that evening, they said they had cancelled our reservation and no longer had any rooms available. It was a Saturday night and NOTHING was available anywhere near Bryce at any other hotels. I was extremely upset. They said they tried calling "multiple times and left multiple messages," which they did not. I had one missed call at 4:35 pm when we were out of signal, because signal sucks out in this area, and they said there was an issue with my credit card, which I believe I had put in the number wrong online. Why they waited until 4:35 pm the day of, I have no idea. My husband and I were stranded without a room, scrambling for over an hour trying to figure this out, and I will never go back to this location again. I highly recommend you pay a little more and look elsewhere. We ended up at Quality Inn on Hwy 89 in a last room available, and the hotel staff was super friendly, great budget room and free breakfast. Go there!
