Visited this place on our canoeing trip. We stopped and ate our lunch at the little fire area. Cute camp ground all you need is a tent ❤️ also has a few hiking trails in the area as well.

This campsite looks really cool. It would be an accomplishment for me to overcome the anxiety of camping there. Gators. Snakes, Black bears. Snakes. Spiders. Gators. And the humidity. God bless anyone comfortable in this place. I'll continue to enjoy it from afar.

A great remote campsite to camp at from the river. There is a fire pit, two bench's and a food safe. We took a couple kayaks and paddle boards from Wekiva State Park and had a great time. It's an easy paddle and would recommend. Only thing when we went it was over grown, and some trash was around.

Beautiful paddle but you can see the damage to the grass beds from the powerboats. They really need to stop allowing them in the river.

Good mid trip stopping point. Great for picnics and overnight stay. Has good bear proof lockers for food.
