We have stayed here twice now in our Big rig!! Spacious sites, love the river that’s right behind our coach. Beautiful property. Very clean. The fishing is incredible!! SLICE OF HEAVEN!
Beautiful campground. Easy access to White River when fishing for Rainbow or Brook trout. Bull Shoals Dam is right around the corner for a rainy day activity. The campgound is conveniently located to shopping and laundry services when in need.
We stayed here for a week with our two young kids. The campground is clean. The bathrooms are clean. There is a lot to do. Great views. Would definitely come here again!
Very well taken care of park area right on the river. They don't have tent pads like most of the other state parks though, and the trees near our campsite were dropping nuts all over the place so it was a bit of a pain clearing the ground of loose nuts before putting our tent down. Bathrooms were well taken care of and they had a few spaced around so it's not a far walk no matter where you were placed.
Quiet and tranquil. But you really should make reservations a year In advance I'm told. You are allowed 14 days there and have to leave and be gone for 16. It's a great place to camp. Most ppl are friendly others not so much. This is one of my favorite places to camp.
