Was just there for a memorial service for my uncle, who recently passed away and had a camp up here for years and years. My cousins had a bench made as a memorial, in hopes that people would stop by and take a rest on it. Everyone we came across was super kind, staff snd campers. I would definitely consider camping here with my family for sure.
Very popular place. Still very quiet even at max capacity. Friendly staff and seasonal campers. Beautiful views of the lake. So tranquil. Highly recommend.
My family and I love it here. We've had a seasonal since I was a toddler. You don't get the attractions like a more expensive campground, such as a game room, water slides, or a pool, but you're right on lake Champlain. We have a boat so the kids like the beach and boating. Everyone is very friendly. It's also priced right for a seasonal.
