It's a lovely calm place. The view is amazing 😍..There's a sandy beach area where one can get into the water. There's a barrier in the water and after the barrier there's a massive drop. Lots of people were paddle boarding. There were lots of picnic tables. Lots of grassy area for picnics too. There were different hikes that you could do depending on your time. There's a very short hike to the view point and it was very beautiful. There's another hike that goes around the lake. There were a few other hikes too. There were a few people fishing. The restrooms were quite clean and accessible. There's a off-leash dog area.
My first visit to Canada’s wild nature was here. You can go fishing, biking, and hiking. It’s one of the best lakes close to Vancouver, with no coal or alcohol allowed, making it safe for families and children. There is also an off-leash area for pets. It means everything you need to enjoy your time is available here.
We went on Sunday morning. Such a beautiful location. Free Parking is available. Worth your time. A must visit. Do bring plastic covers in case if you’re planning to dine there on a bench. Since most of the beaches are wet due to rain and little messy due to sand.
Great place to enjoy the spring and summer. Has a parking area and a nice picnic. Has a separate dog friendly area where dogs can play freely. If you are interested in hiking, there’s a hiking trail close to the lake. Staff are friendly and there's a tent where you can loan a life jacket for safety. You may bring your inflatables or paddle boats.
Amazing place! You can rest on the side of the lake, or you can go hiking around the lake for 3 hours. The trails are easy and available for all ages. You can enjoy the wonderful landscapes in any location. It's worth!
