CUSTOMER FEEDBACK:
Guests have noted both the positive and challenging aspects of their experience. Many appreciate the convenience of full hookups and the scenic riverfront location, especially for boat enthusiasts. However, some visitors highlight the industrial setting with heavy truck traffic and a transient feel. The basic restroom facilities and occasional noise from nearby activities are areas that could use improvement.

From what I gather, these sites were created in 2017. They are newer concrete pours with full hookups, fire pits and picnic tables. There is boat ramp access and a concrete walking path along the river. So that is the best part about this. The downside is it is in an industrial area with ample commercial truck traffic. It is in the wide open with only one tree on site A1. The people who have been here during our stay seem to be people working in some of the industries here. So it feels a bit transient. There is no host on site. The shower and bathroom building is extremely basic. Just a cinder block building with metal toilets, sinks, benches. If the city ever takes the time to develop this into more of a recreational area with maybe a soccer field, dog park, and some tree plantings, and a community presence, this could be a pretty neat little setup. It just feels a bit too exposed - because of that we only stayed one night and moved to a different camping area across the river.
I give this place 2 stars or maybe a low 3 because its off the side of the highway which is a bit a noisy but the next morning we were awakened to a bunch of high schoolers drag racing up and down the street that leads into the RV Park at 6:15am in the morning. Then there is the homeless guy who lives in a make-shift houseboat that he built right there on the boat ramp. The next morning we told the camp maintenance guys about him and they had been warning him to leave so the cops came down and had him move on. Lastly is there’s an old deserted abandoned RV taking up a space that needs to be hauled off. People will rent that space only to get there and realize there’s an abandoned RV in the space they reserved. The toilets have no seats and the showers are like something you’d expect in a prison. On a good note the river was beautiful and the sunset was gorgeous. See attached pictures.
Personally, I wouldn't use the park to camp. The spot is very noisy from the truck route and local factories. It is also extremely exposed with little shade. Bathrooms are and in order. The walking path is nice along with the river access for boats.
Great place! The luscious grass is one of the best parts. Everyone in the family can run and have fun. They have nice fire pits also. The pads are huge and the kids would have fun doing chalk all over. They offer 50 amp service as well. Water pressure is like 90psi and never had an issue with it. There are a few people that come by to shower daily. Pretty quiet at night though. They need more trees is the worst part. 🌲 🌳
For $25, it's worth it ... There is a 14 day limit.....FHU level and paved concrete spot with picnic table and Green grass that is on a sprinkler system.. first come first serve and pay at kiosk with CC. Bathrooms and showers are concrete... Nothing fancy, but they work.. boat/kayak launch on the Snake River... Could use some shade trees... It is an industrial area so there is truck noise, but turn on your fan or AC can barely hear it.... But you will feel the vibrations..
