Customer Feedback:

  • "The grounds were tidy, the playgrounds and jump pad were great for the kids. We stayed at the camping cabins and it was a great experience (the cabins were clean and the kids loved the bunk beds). Their bathroom and showers looked new and clean. Plus there was a shared sink to do dishes which was so helpful. Staff was lovely and helpful and even ran a foam party for the kids on Saturday. My kid cried when she had to leave because she had so much fun. We will be back."
  • "We paid almost $600 for two nights at the deluxe cabin in a three-month advance for after our wedding, the lady told us we would have access to the pool and hot tub. We got there and it was closed for the winter, it's an indoor pool . And no towels and no blankets or pillows. Had a great time but disappointed."

I visited memorial Day weekend. The KOA was very busy, staff was pushed to the limits with bad weather. I gave the location a lower rating due to lack of available working toilets. Would have not been nice to have a squeegee available in the shower rooms. Sometimes when the stuff is too busy because of massive amount of people, ask campers will be happy to squeegee the wet floors. The staff did great. It was a very hard weekend and I have been an employee of resorts in the past doing bad weather. I totally understand their circumstances. It's not the staff that was the issue. The weather was the biggest hurdle

It was our first time staying at the campground, and we were very impressed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. When I had an issue with my trailer, help was available when I needed it. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and well-lit. The campground's location was good, with Costco and other shops all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We were extremely happy staying there and will definitely come back soon.

I honored their rules, but was treated with a high level slap of disrespect when I complained about misinformation given me which was crucial to my stay. Their internet is crap and was not able to effectively use to make further travel arrangements. Also, the chemical smell of their cleaning product is SUPER strong and never disappears. I had a headache till hours after I left there. Response of elderly worker was to say …you don’t like clean rooms? Super shocking to be treated so poorly after spending $100. Advice: go to the casino nearby for a room. Also loads of noise from nearby gathering. Worse KoA ever.
