Butterfield RV Resort

It's your typical RV resort where spaces are close together. Our site was less than desirable due to the steep incline front and back, so it made it difficult to use the entire site. The people at the desk are very friendly and helpful as well as all the workers and guests. The pool and hot tub were out of commission while we were there, so that was a bummer. They have a nice pickle ball court and a little mini putting course. Beware that there are a lot of trains all through the night that like to blow their horns and there's also a hospital near by, so there's sirens and helicopters quite often as well. We loved that it was near some great attractions!

Best RV Resort in the area! To start, unfortunately I didn't get a whole lot of videos or pictures. But I do have a lot to say LOL. We stayed from November-February (2024-2025) This is in all ages Park. Which was important to us as we are a young family. The people here are great! We were able to find friendship and community in our time here! Everyday maintenance would come around and sweep and clean the the roads. Keeping the grounds very neat and tidy! They are remodeling the pool. They offer a indoor gma, laundry, pool table and recreational room. They also have a separate recreational hall where they host multiple events. Weekly poker games and dancing filled these Halls with fun and laughter! Our family really enjoyed the craft shows that they held in December and February! The girls will never forget their time here because of this! An added bonus was the awesome observatory RV park has to offer. A unique experience to observe the Stars and planets in our solar system! Clear Arizona skies allowed a magnificent show! The staff in the office were all so friendly! Made you feel like family and that's hard to find nowadays! Thanks again for our home away from home! If we ever come back to visit the area we will definitely stay in Butterfield RV Resort!

Very nice and well kept RV park. Several paved pull through sites, all streets are paved. Park has 3 dog 'parks' and are very well kept also. Staff is very accommodating. I booked the wrong dates and was able to fix without any issue. Park is very close to the Safeway grocery store and it is an easy walk. I would definitely go back.

Great clubhouse with fitness room, laundry, pool table, tv area, and party area. Pool spa and small observatory! (Closed for repair). Pickleball court and dog park. Well maintained by friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so lucky to have found this park and highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra two months! Butterfield is an extremely well-kept, active, organized and friendly park. The management, staff and activities are first class. The 89-degree pool was perfect for the winter and the Observatory offered magnificent starry views. We found the location very convenient with groceries and services within walking distance and a short drive to lots of attractions (Caves, Hiking, Tucson, Tombstone, Bisbee and more). Benson is a railroad community so there is some train noise but we became accustomed to it after a couple of days. We will definitely be back!
