This place is worth the drive, no cell service but big campsites, tall trees, good space between you and neighbours, this is the kind of place that would be on the front cover of a BC camping magazine. There is a local hike in forest to the lake, cold but refreshing. Outhouses are pit toilets, but vented, no smell, has sanitizer and toilet paper usually.

Amazing campground. Well maintained. The water from the pumps was so good. The lake is cold and refreshing. Lots of awesome places to explore close by. Absolutely no cell service so being cut off was nice! Won't find a more beautiful place

So beautiful! The dust was crazy though! Bring plenty of outdoor carpets and under tarps for tents. The sites are not crushed gravel. They are pure dust that covers everything. The kayaking was fabulous 👌 It was fairly quiet after 10pm and sites not terribly close together. We read there are too many mice here but it was not an issue for us at all. The scenery is wonderful and lovely lake.

I heard great things about this site but was thoroughly disappointed. Our campsite layout was not ideal, and we couldn't move the picnic table, fire pit or giant rock in the site. It made it awkward to find a good spot to park our van. There was also no host on site! I found this really odd. People were coming and going up until past 10pm at night and I just thought that there would have been some sort of control over the site. The last, and worst issue for me, was the outhouses. Every single toilet had the same sign - the toilets were full, please use a different one! There weren't enough trees or privacy to go behind a bush, so we had to wait until the cover of night just to pee. I wish I could say nice things about the lake, but that was nothing special either.

Nice place. Very quiet. Good lake for swimming. The wind comes up most afternoons, so get out on the water early. No cell coverage so it is pleasant that way. Water is hand pump and pit toilets. No showers or power. A visit to Myra Falls is a must
