Cabin Pines Campground Introduce

Nestled in the heart of Caliente, NV, Cabin Pines Campground offers a unique and rustic camping experience for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. This campground is ideal for adventurers who appreciate the simplicity of nature and are prepared for a true outdoor experience.

The campground features a single camp-site equipped with one fire pit and three tent clearings, making it perfect for small groups or families. However, it's important to note that the access road is a 9-mile single lane of dirt, which can be challenging for vehicles without high clearance. The road was recently grated, but it still has some rough spots that require careful navigation.

At Cabin Pines Campground, you'll find everything you need and nothing you don’t. The site is surrounded by trees, offering a peaceful atmosphere and plenty of fresh mountain air. There are no toilets on-site, so campers are encouraged to bring their own supplies and practice Leave No Trace principles to keep the area pristine.

Customer feedback highlights the simplicity and beauty of the campground:

  • "Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Trees, gravity, pure mountain air—it's perfect for a true camping experience."
  • "The road is rough, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet you find once you arrive."
  • "If you're looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy nature, this is it. Just be prepared for the rugged conditions."

Whether you're an experienced camper or someone looking to try something new, Cabin Pines Campground offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature in a serene and unspoiled environment. Pack your gear, prepare for adventure, and get ready to enjoy the simple pleasures of outdoor living.

A singe camp-site with ONE fire pit, 3 tent clearings (till the snow comes), 9mi single lane of dirt road. If you don't have a high clearance vehicle, you're going to want to think about somewhere else. Road was freshly grated this week (still had heavy equipment tracks), but no means perfect, some spots with large dips and bumps that would beat cars up, even going slow. No toilets, so bring supplies to pack it out (no, no you can't leave ya TP at the campsite A-Hole)
