2 shaded tent campsites, 2 no real shade sites that were big enough for our 20 foot trailer. Gravel parking lot can fit many larger rigs, road noise during the day. Cool river breeze really takes the stink off the heat, which is nice. Water is perfect temp to cool down in the summer. Not crowded, can fish in the river, beautiful scenery along the highway to get here. Fire rings. Happy to see the area was really clean, no trash really. Bathrooms were ok. Had 2 to 3 bars with Mint Mobile and LTE internet. Best of all, free.
While there are only about 6 designated sites, there is plenty of space for campers to park without an actual ‘site’. The campground is FREE and has a clean and odor free vault toilet with t-paper but no hand sanitizer or water. The adjacent road quiets completely at night. Temperature dropped to freezing at night in early May so be prepared.
Clean and close to the river Campground. It is also close to the street and free of charge.
