Customer Reviews
I can’t complain about the room itself but I got to say the customer service at this place is absolutely horrible . Not a place to stay in a bad location . There was a power outage in freezing weather conditions and I froze and couldn’t see nothing . Got up to nothing but cold water to shower in . Asked the front desk manager for some kind of credit back for inconvenience and they said I was just complaining . All I wanted was my moneys worth if the amount I paid . I don’t recommend you stay at this place that’s in an unsafe area . Spend your money where it is appreciated and your respected . Customer care is important
the old man that works there is very rude, almost no reason or understanding going on in his head. straight off the bat we pulled up to the parking, only about 2 minutes have passed and he comes out saying this isn’t public parking, confused we said we’re going to check in and he kept repeating it isn’t public parking. A literal joke he made of himself, if he waited atleast a few more seconds he would see that we were about to check in. This place is not worth booking, the water pressure for the sink is the lowest it can possibly be, the “non smoking room” literally had leftover trash from someone before us who was smoking. Whichever bad review you see on here is true, book someplace else and don’t give your money to these people.
We went the first weekend in February and ended up staying 3 days in a row. It might have been more of the fact we didn’t want to say goodbye is why we ended up extending our stay. But nonetheless this hotel was peaceful , clean, and the staff was super friendly. Although the late checkout was 1130am ; they gave an extra 30min that’s it. I am used to late checkouts @2pm . Other than that , this is a clean hotel. It’s not fancy , but being clean and friendly are a thumbs up for my husband and I!
Rather old school appearance and condition. Kind of a Seventies Era decor and furnishings. It's a bit freeway noisy but still able to sleep well. I guess that's what it's there for, a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable, and rooms are dog friendly. Broken smoke detector, actually it was missing. The flip over door lock was broken. The light over the microwave/refrigerator/coffeemaker area was burnt out. When I first arrived in room, it smelled a bit musty, but I eventually got used to it. For the price, I've stayed in worse places, but I've also stayed in much better. It was convenient, and as I said previously, I got a good night's sleep 😴
OVERALL GOOD SERVICE.You get what you pay for. with that being said i think the service is good. I needed extra towels and trash bags the cleaning lady brought them to me. People at the office were very cool i have seen comments here saying they served breakfast they only had coffee and juice when i was there. I had my dog with me so that was good and plenty of space to walk my dog. also plenty of parking. had a good experience and also got the rooms last minute. if i have to stay there again i would do it. close to mcdonalds, subway and 3 gas stations near the 15 freeway. We did not want our place clean up so i can not say if she does bad cleaning everything in the room worked. all in all it was a good experience and great stay.
