Cambria Hotel Mount Pleasant - Charleston

My family and I had stayed here during our vacation to Charleston, SC. Jake was extremely helpful! He was able to get a crib for our toddler. He was always so kind and friendly to us! Jake had the best customer service we had ever experience! The hotel was extremely nice. The location was perfect! We were 10-15 minutes one way to downtown Charleston and 10-15 the other way to the beach! I would highly recommend staying here!

Wow, such a great stay. I had company come in from out of town and decided to book a room for the Thanksgiving weekend. The staff from the moment I checked in on Thanksgiving day was super accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was spot less. The room was very very clean, tidy, with a modern look wand all the amenities and then some. My bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. My guest was also very impressed, as she kept commenting how much she liked her stay. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of anywhere you want to go. The only negative complaint I was "going" to state was there wasn't a bathroom fan but the only reason I thought that was because it was so quiet. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cambria Hotel Mount Pleasant SC.

Very clean and calm hotel. Front desk was very kind and accommodating. Everyone we encountered at the front was great! Rooms were clean and they have coffee for you, mini fridge and a microwave which is nice because we definitely had delicious leftovers we were glad we could bring back with us! Not a hotel for the views but very quiet and there’s some big retail shopping across the street.

Sunshine at the front desk made our stay excellent! She went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I as we stayed there a few days. Friendly and professional. Will definitely book again if we ever swing back around that part of town. Close to some good spots to eat and stores to shop too

Well, let’s start off with the only moderately good about this place. Front desk staff was courteous, and the location was decent. Now, let’s get to the bad. The rooms are very minimalist. No drawers for clothes. Nothing like the expectations in the pictures. The “view” we had was of a dumpster and back lot somewhere. And the BEST part. Zero communication from the management for why they wanted to charge me $200 for incidentals. I had to find out from corporate that the accidental drops of blood from an early period on the comforter cost me my security deposit. Abhorrent behavior by ownership. I’ll never return to any choice hotel after this appalling interaction. Zero class from ownership and management here. I even emailed asking for answers, and they never responded.
