A great campground right off the interstate. Easy on and off. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cash or credit card only, but it's only $45! Long pull through gravel sites are very flat and level. We were guided to our site which I love. Lots of large mature shade trees. We will definitely be back!!

Stopped overnight on our way back home to TN. Very convenient for overnight as it is right off interstate. With AC on we didn’t hear road noise. Clean. Folks were friendly. Spaces are all gravel and it’s a bit tight to navigate. We are over 50’ with tow vehicle. Seemed like there are several long terms there. Was skeptical because of other reviews but would stop again. We didn’t use the facilities so we can’t speak to them. Went into Poplar Bluff for dinner, just a couple miles, they have everything you could need. Gave 4 stars because of the big rocks they use to keep you off the grass when turning and narrow roads to navigate around to sites. They do know exactly where to place you though and escort you to your site. PS go to brick oven pizza and tell Joe the people from TN sent you!

Really great, veteran-owned campground with reasonable rates. Dog friendly and they helped us out when we called to tell them our truck had a big time break down! The transmission gone and we were sitting in Walmart parking lot with no way to get to their campground. Jean recommended a towing service that would bring us there and take the truck where we needed. Being from out of town that was so appreciated. Then Woolards 2 brothers towing service recommended a shop that was able to get us in and are trying to get us back on the road as soon as possible. The only drawback is the close proximity to hwy traffic makes it very noisy at all times of night and day... So just use ear plugs. Well maintained, nice staff, and well laid out.

I was initially optimistic about the RV park because of the affordable monthly rate that was supposed to include cable and WiFi. However, the cable TV didn't work at all on our site and neither did the WiFi. Electric is also metered which was not something we have encountered before with a single month stay. We chose this location due to proximity to the college as we were only in town to visit our son attending Three Rivers but will never stay here again. We were given the only site that floods when it rains, we had an inch or more of standing water in the gravel and a couple inches of water in the small strip of grass around our site while other sites around us had no such issue (I have included photos). There was a water main break within the first week that took a day to fix, understandable timeframe to be honest but not ideal when there's no compensation for the inconvenience. The sewer hookups are not secure or proper, you will need something to weigh down the hose connection and water pressure was very low. No onsite laundry or shower house available either. The highway noise was nearly unbearable and we have decided to leave early due to all the problems. When I called to give advanced notice of early departure, the owners came by daily to read the electric meter which made us feel like they were trying to charge us as much as possible. For being veteran owned, I feel my family was not treated with respect and there were other sites available but we were placed in what I consider the absolute worst site. The owners were more concerned with not disturbing long-term RVs than our experience there which was very disappointing as well. Not to mention there were a few large dogs just being let out of RVs unleashed without their owners even visibly watching them and made me very uncomfortable letting our four year old outside to play. We're Escapees members and Good Sam members and the discount on the website for members is the same regular rate so I feel that is a bit deceptive as well. I wish I could leave a better review but obviously that is not possible with everything we've experienced. Lots of RVs here are long-term so I think that adds to the disregard for those who are just passing through. Next time we will choose somewhere else and consider this a lesson learned the hard way. I'll update my review after we receive the electric bill to advise others of what to expect with that as well. Update: additional charges for electric were under ten dollars so it wasn't all that bad but still not ideal given lack of wifi or working cable.

no stars should be a option .. 1992 ADA .. these people say they are wheelchair friendly, I have to say HELL NO to that ... my 46 year old daughter who has CP , non-weight bearing .. I cleaned up a nice school bus that has a w/c lift.. everyone says it is nice.. ( find a Class A with a w/c lift) painted up to Honor our Veterans .. supporting all services .. photos of family members on the side .. 20K miles on it with us driving to the west coast and other trips .. it is a nice tribute to our veterans .. these people say NO school buses … SO I am a veteran . My daughter is disabled .. the bus is not a POS. veteran owned . not really a fellow vet. And not really handicapped friendly .. so we will take our money and business down the road,, I hope others agree discrimination against disabled people is wrong ,,, we are not rich we are making do with what we can afford .. PS I found a very nice /friendly place to the east. So poo on this place
