Awesome RV Park, LOTS of huge shade trees. Right next to a huge Riverfront Park. I could walk to the Verde River from my camper. They had landscapers constantly mowing, triming and keeping this place nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

I'm a long term resident at site 41 and live in my 37 ft travel trailer, enjoying reliable 50 amp service, internet, sewer and water hookups. Shade trees, peace and quiet, minimal turnover, secure mailroom, clean bathrooms and showers and a friendly, furnished recreation hall with no charge-pool table, makes for a great place to live. Within walking distance is historic Old Town Cottonwood, Dead Horse Ranch St. Park and it's only 10 minutes drive to the famous ghost town of Jerome, Az. The resident owner/manager, Tony is attentive and accessible to resident's needs and issues. Without question, Camelot is "Best in Class" and is the region's premier RV Resort.

Owner is an amazing person. Would enjoy dealing with him in any profession. The world needs more understanding people like him!!!
