Nice little campground along the river. Great view and exceptional host. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.
Camp Ames was possibly the best boondockers welcome site we’ve stayed at. Really friendly owners, nice facilities, gorgeous little spot along the river. We had no problems with hookups or water. Their cat is a little over friendly and kept trying to get in our trailer with us but other than that we enjoyed this stay.
An out of the way campground. Very peaceful with a river just few away. Very clean and well kept. Sites are spacious. When we parked the rv was perfectly level. Very little traffic on the road. Host Wayde and Beth are very friendly. We have Verision and do have phone service. If you are looking for a place to just sit back and relax this is the campground.
Amazing hosts, super friendly, and a beautiful property.
Great little Campground. Canoe and kayak launch. Fire pit. Full Services in each site. Very hospitable hosts.
