I am here visiting my man while he is here for work! It’s a very quiet and clean place! Love this lil cabin on the River!!! Beautiful even in December! Listing to the River while outside on the patio (it’s been a nice weekend)…. Loved it!!! The owners and staff have been super kind and even baked a snack for the cabin crew! 💕

My husband and I stayed here for a week in June with our 3 year old. Ray, the owner, gave us excellent directions, we travelled from the Northeast. The location is cozy with the river running next to the campground. We stayed in one of the cabins that we found via airbnb. It was very clean. The playground was a bonus and our daughter loved the water slide at the pool. Ray is incredibly responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay here next summer. Thank you Ray and Melissa for being gracious hosts!

Hosts Ray and Melissa are Top Notch. Very helpful and friendly. We had a brilliant 3 month stay. Holiday weekends included LIVE Music! Hosts were quick to suggest restaurants and local places of interest. Pool well maintained. Hosts always available and working the property.

Campground was amazing. Ray was easy going- it’s not a tenting campground and yet he still let me crash for the night with my hammock. Showers were out of this world. Great heat, pressure, and loved that it was a heated room. Super clean. What a gem.

Ray was extremely helpful with all processes of my stay, from setting up, to any of my needs while I was there and all the way up until I left.. The place is beautiful.. Lots to see it's close enough to things to do to keep you occupied. I was here through the winter months which can be challenging and I have no complaints. Great place to stay!

Second time staying here & it just gets better every time! Rented a camper to stay in for 3 weeks while working in Mason city(short 15min drive to everything in town) and it was amazing! The river is beautiful & Ray was extremely helpful & responsive! The bath house was a short walk & very clean with long lasting hot water! Pet friendly has we have 3 small dogs we travel with full time. Will definitely be visiting again in the future. Highly recommend. Even had the pleasure of seeing the northern lights while we were there!

Great place for a stay close to any thing you need in Mason City If you’re lucky enough and you’re timing is right you could add a treat to your dinner The gravel road doesn’t have a lot of traffic great for dog walking or bike riding
