I stumbled upon Camp Avery on an early Tuesday evening. Caretakers and owners Pat and Deb made sure I knew the campgrounds well and had firewood for the evening. There is a rustic charm and artistic touch to the place that is invaluable. Maybe a large aspect of my positive experience was not knowing what I had wandered into, so I'll leave the discovery of it to you. The purposefully placed space to meditate was a delight.

My parents and siblings and I went camping here later July, and it was an awsome experience overall. The campsite was beautiful, and the people who own the place are super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend Camp Avery.
